Our Mission
At The Sycamore School, our emphasis is on education, responsibility, respect for each other and good clean fun. Our daily programs provide your child with developmentally appropriate academic sessions, arts and crafts, exercise, music, science, computers and games. The programs are aimed at developing not only educational skills but interest in, and excitement about the process of learning, in a warm and stimulating environment.
Staff & Facilities
The enthusiastic and caring staff at Sycamore receive monthly training in the process of early childhood education, child development, teaching techniques and safety. All staff are trained in both CPR and first-aid, have passed the state mandated TB, fingerprint and background checks and have food handler's cards. The school facility has internal video monitoring, is fully sprinklered and performs monthly fire drills.

Please see the sections on each age group for information about their specific programs, facilities and activities. Children with special needs are welcomed, call and discuss your child's needs with the Center Director.
The Sycamore School is now in its 15th year of service to Mesa/Tempe area families. We are a member of the Arizona Child Care Association and the Arizona Small Business Association. We are participating in Quality First and are applying for NAC national accreditation.
